Our Sparkling Wine is made with 60 old years Montonec o Parellada variety from our single “Quinta del Castell” plot. A fresh, very fruity wine with just the right amount of bubbles and no added sugar.
Ideal with appetizers and starters or with desserts, confectionery and chocolates, in good company and to celebrate the “joie de vivre” with your loved ones. An ephemeral and refreshing delight. Production 2023: 476 bottles.
