Macabeu Blanc 2023. The first “assemblage” of the year and the most varietal expression of our unique estate. A very personal interpretation of Macabeo that combines the features of this variety: freshness and a point of structure.

Taste notes:

Color: pale gold, medium intensity.

Nose: medium intensity, primary aromas of white fruit, stone fruit, wild flowers, elderberry. Secondary aromas of yeast, brioche and lactic acid.

Mouth: dry, medium balanced acidity, light tannin, low alcohol, medium body. Intense aromas, green apple, grapefruit peel, creamy texture. Long and persistent finish.

Longevity: 4+
