Macabeu Blanc 2023. The first blend of the year and the most varietal expression of our unique estate. A very personal interpretation of Macabeo that combines the traits of this variety: freshness and a touch of structure.
Appearance: Pale yellow with golden reflections, clean and bright.
Nose: The aroma is intense, reminiscent of white fruits such as pear and peach, with subtle floral notes of jasmine and an elegant touch of vanilla and toasted almond, typical of its ageing in the barrel.
Palate: Dry, fresh and balanced on the palate, with well-integrated acidity that provides vivacity and a long, silky finish. The barrel aging gives it a creamy texture, adding a complexity that translates into a delicate and persistent aftertaste.
Serving temperature: It is recommended to serve between 7-9°C to highlight its freshness and complexity.
This wine is an excellent choice to accompany seafood dishes, grilled fish or soft creams, and can also pair well with fresh cheeses or pasta with creamy sauces.
