Macabeu Blanc 2023. The first “assemblage” of the year and the most varietal expression of our unique estate. A very personal interpretation of Macabeo that combines the features of this variety: freshness and a point of structure.
View: Pale yellow in color, with golden reflections, clean and bright.
Nose: The nose highlights an aromatic intensity reminiscent of white fruits such as pear and peach, with subtle floral notes of jasmine and an elegant touch of vanilla and toasted almond, typical of its aging in the barrel.
Palate: The palate is dry, fresh and balanced, with a well-integrated acidity that provides liveliness and a long, silky finish. Barrel aging gives it a creamy texture, adding a complexity that translates into a delicate and persistent aftertaste.
Serving temperature: It is recommended to serve between 7-9°C to highlight its freshness and complexity.
