The first blend of the year and the most varietal expression of our unique estate. A very personal interpretation of Macabeo that combines the characteristics of this variety: freshness and a touch of structure.
Appearance: Pale yellow, with golden reflections, clean and bright.
Nose: The nose shows an aromatic intensity reminiscent of white fruits such as pear and peach, with subtle floral notes of jasmine and an elegant touch of vanilla and toasted almonds, typical of its aging in the barrel.
Palate: Dry, fresh, and balanced, with well-integrated acidity that provides liveliness and a long, silky finish. Barrel aging gives it a creamy texture, adding complexity that translates into a delicate and lingering aftertaste.
Serving temperature: It is recommended to serve between 7-9°C to highlight its freshness and complexity.
This wine is an excellent choice to accompany seafood dishes, grilled fish, or light creams, and it can also pair well with fresh cheeses or pasta with creamy sauces.
